Terms of Service

MOGAN·AI is a cross-border shopping information platform operated by Mogan Solutions Corp., a company incorporated in California, USA. We provide AI-assisted product discovery, price comparison, seller information services, and forwarder information for products sold by independent sellers, primarily in Japan and Taiwan. Products are sold and shipped by the sellers themselves (or by a forwarder you arrange); the purchase contract is between you and the seller. MOGAN·AI is not the seller, importer, or carrier.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using MOGAN·AI, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Sanctions & export compliance: MOGAN·AI is operated by Mogan Solutions Corp., a U.S. (California) company, and is therefore subject to U.S. economic-sanctions and export-control laws. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not named on any U.S. (OFAC), UN, EU, or other applicable restricted-party or sanctions list. You agree not to use the service in violation of any applicable sanctions or export-control law, nor to facilitate the acquisition of goods or technology for any sanctioned party or embargoed destination. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where required to comply with these laws.

Product prices are listed by sellers in their own currency (e.g., JPY or TWD) and converted to your local currency for display using real-time exchange rates. The only amount MOGAN·AI charges is a platform service fee of 8–15% of the item price (varies by seller), minimum US$5, shown clearly before you pay. You pay the seller directly for the products; shipping costs are set and charged by the seller or forwarder, not by MOGAN·AI. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility — where reliable data exists we show an estimate at checkout, and where it does not we say so instead of guessing. If our service fee is ever charged incorrectly, the error will be corrected and refunded in full.

After you pay the service fee, MOGAN·AI unlocks verified seller and direct-purchase information for your selected products, and you place your order directly with the seller. A seller's order confirmation does not guarantee availability. If the seller information we provided is materially wrong, or the unlock cannot be delivered, we will correct it or refund the service fee in full. The service fee is processed via Stripe at checkout; you pay the seller for the products through the seller's own payment methods.

Products are shipped by the seller or by a third-party forwarder you choose — MOGAN·AI does not operate logistics and does not ship goods. Delivery estimates shown on the platform are informational and vary by seller, forwarder, and destination. Shipping fees are set by the seller or forwarder based on actual package weight and dimensions. We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or duties imposed by destination countries. We relay tracking information when the seller or forwarder makes it available.

Product returns and refunds are governed by each seller's policy, because the purchase contract is between you and the seller. We will assist with return coordination on a best-effort basis. Because MOGAN·AI never receives your product payment, product refunds are issued by the seller via the payment method you used with the seller. MOGAN·AI's service fee is refundable where the error was on our part (see Section 4) or as described in our published refund policy. Digital and custom-order items are typically non-returnable — check the seller's policy.

The following items are prohibited: • Weapons, firearms, ammunition • Illegal drugs or controlled substances • Counterfeit goods • Items violating intellectual property rights • Hazardous materials • Items prohibited by destination country regulations • Items subject to export control, or destined for any sanctioned party or embargoed destination Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Our Nexus AI shopping assistant provides product recommendations and information on a best-effort basis. AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information. Always verify product details, specifications, and pricing before placing an order. MOGAN·AI is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOGAN·AI and Mogan Solutions Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Because MOGAN·AI is an information-service platform and never receives your product payment, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees you paid to MOGAN·AI for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California, USA. Nothing in this section removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent site notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
