Terms of Service

MOGAN·AI is a cross-border shopping platform operated by Morgan Global Shopping (est. 2006, Hsinchu, Taiwan). We provide AI-assisted product discovery, purchasing proxy services, international shipping coordination, and related e-commerce services for products primarily sourced from Japan and Taiwan.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using MOGAN·AI, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The service is available to users worldwide, subject to export controls and applicable laws.

Product prices are displayed in JPY (Japanese Yen) or TWD (Taiwan Dollar) and converted to your local currency using our real-time exchange rates. We charge a cross-border service fee (typically 8–15% of product value) plus actual international shipping costs. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are estimated at checkout. Final amounts may differ if actual weight or customs assessments differ from estimates; any overpayment will be fully refunded.

Orders are submitted through our platform and forwarded to our purchasing agents in Japan/Taiwan. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If a product is unavailable or price has changed significantly, we will contact you for confirmation or issue a full refund. Payment is processed via Stripe at checkout.

We ship internationally from Japan and Taiwan. Estimated delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Shipping fees are calculated based on actual package weight and dimensions. We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or duties imposed by destination countries. Tracking information is provided when available.

Returns are subject to the policies of individual vendors. We will assist with return coordination on a best-effort basis. Refunds for defective, wrong, or missing items will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Shipping fees and service fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part. Digital and custom-order items are non-returnable.

The following items are prohibited: • Weapons, firearms, ammunition • Illegal drugs or controlled substances • Counterfeit goods • Items violating intellectual property rights • Hazardous materials • Items prohibited by destination country regulations Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Our Nexus AI shopping assistant provides product recommendations and information on a best-effort basis. AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information. Always verify product details, specifications, and pricing before placing an order. MOGAN·AI is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOGAN·AI and Morgan Global Shopping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hsinchu District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent site notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
